An intimate nature retreat for curious souls to connect and play. PlayFest is a community collaborative, skills-based retreat with organic food catering and a strong focus on play for our personal, social, and professional development. It is a wellness network for entrepreneurs, creatives, parents, and teachers driven by holistic health and conscious living.

The intention is to allow for mindful embodiment, harnessing the power of each breath in alignment with the movement of our bodies and at ease with our minds. We honour ourselves by listening, feeling, and finding flow within nature. There are no to-do’s, there is just be.

Terms and Conditions
Upon purchasing a ticket I confirm that: 

I have read all the information provided on this website about the event PlayFest Retreat.

• I agree to comply with all rules/ requests laid out by the organisers & owner of the property for the safety and enjoyment of everyone present.

• I understand that violence and/or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated. Acknowledging that the event organisers and management staff reserve the right to refuse my entry or terminate my stay without a refund.

• I take full responsibility for my health and safety whilst on the property and whilst attending the entire event. I am aware of the risks of being in the bush and outdoor camping. I am fully responsible for myself, and to the best of my ability those around me, especially in or near the creek.

• My participation in any and all workshops, activities, and private sessions is entirely voluntary and at my own risk. I understand that PlayFest Retreat and its organisers, facilitators, volunteers, and staff shall take care but not be held liable for any injuries incurred during the event. In my participation at PlayFest Retreat, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of my participation. This includes any travel and activities done with PlayFest Retreat or as an individual at the event site and facilities provided.

• I accept that the organisers and facilitators reserve the right to alter the program and workshop schedules as deemed necessary and without notice.

• If I am pregnant, I affirm that I am of fit health to participate in the event. I will alert all facilitators whose sessions I participate in that I am pregnant, as well as email in advance to notify the organisers so they may best support me. I understand it is recommended that I consult my doctor and have them sign off on activities as safe for me during pregnancy.

• I understand that ticket sales are final and my ticket is non-refundable due to the nature of the event. I am aware that I may resell my ticket of my own accord and I will notify the event organisers of my replacement so they may update the guest list for entry.

• I acknowledge and understand that none of the information shared at PlayFest Retreat is to be taken as financial, medical or legal advice.

• IMAGE RELEASE. Participants are aware and consent to be recorded, photographed, and videotaped related to the Event, and hereby irrevocably and perpetually authorise PlayFest Retreat to copyright, publish, reproduce, exhibit, digitise, display, otherwise use, and permit others to use (i) the Participant’s name, image, likeness, and voice, and (ii) all photographs, recordings, videotapes, audiovisual materials, writings, statements, and quotations of or by the Participant obtained related to the recording of the Event (collectively, the “Materials”), in any manner, form, or format whatsoever now or hereinafter created, including on the Internet, and for any lawful purpose, including, the advertising or promotion of the PlayFest Retreat and/or the Event without further consent from or payment to the Participant. Participant’s who do not wish to be recorded, photographed, and videotaped understand and agree to explicitly communicate this to the event organiser’s via email prior to the event. Participant’s who do not wish to be recorded, photographed, and videotaped also take full responsibility to make themselves known to the media crew on site, and identify themselves as not to be recorded, photographed, and videotaped at the event. Participant’s who do not wish to be captured in media content shall, upon arrival, request a wrist band from the Event Organiser and/ or the Media Crew on site. This ensures that any material accidentally captured can be deleted and not used at all online, on any occasion.

• I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I acknowledge that I have had ample opportunity before agreeing to this form to seek independent legal advice.

• By attending PlayFest Retreat, I agree to the above terms and conditions.
