The Midweek Exhale
Online breathing circle
A gentle place to pause, breathe, and reconnect
Welcome to your supported Breathwork community experience — a space to connect, learn, and relax together.
Here you have the opportunity to join a weekly online circle of people who recognise that modern day “busyness” — of running a business or parenting a family — can still have simple, effective solutions and rituals to help us remain centred.
The Midweek Exhale is a simple invitation to pause. To help our nervous systems recalibrate and our minds to focus.
Once a week we gather online to slow down, breathe consciously, reconnect with ourselves, and return to the rest of the week feeling a little more grounded, clear, and alive.
Whether you’re completely new to Breathwork or it has been part of your life for years, you are warmly welcome.

If you’re breathing, you can Breathwork
Wondering if this is for you? The good news is, if you’re breathing, you can Breathwork.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, curious, disconnected, or simply looking for a regular practice to support your wellbeing, these sessions are designed to meet you where you are.
Every practice is invitational.
You are welcome exactly as you are.
I’d love to welcome you into the circle.
Your Guide
The Midweek Exhale is facilitated by Anna, a mother, entrepreneur, and community founder who also needs this midweek ritual. A regular moment to pause, breathe and reconnect. She is a certified, trauma-informed Master Breathwork Instructor.
Since 2020, Anna has guided individuals and groups through Breathwork, movement and nervous system regulation, creating spaces that are welcoming, grounded and responsive to each person who arrives.
You don’t need any previous experience. Just come as you are.
A note on safety
Every body is different.
Each session is guided with care and adapted to the people who are present. If you’re pregnant, have a medical condition, or have any questions about whether Breathwork is suitable for you, you’re warmly invited to get in touch beforehand.
You’ll always be met where you are, with options that support your individual needs.
